Since 1981, Surrey Services for Seniors has provided needed transportation, activities, home care, and volunteer opportunities for older residents living in Chester and Delaware counties.  All of our programs are designed to enable people 55 and over to: 

...help older adults live at home with independence and dignity and to continue as active members of the community.

As a nonprofit, community-supported organization, Surrey Services depends on a large and growing number of people who believe in “neighbor helping neighbor.”  The community’s gift of volunteer commitment and financial support allows Surrey to deliver services at low cost to older residents in the area, and on a sliding fee scale to those who are in financial need.  This is critical given that more than half of Surrey’s members, whose average age is 80, have incomes of $20,000 or less.
