Qigong, related to Tai Chi, is a millennia-old system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training. This class includes tapping for the immune system and the nine phases of Qi cultivation and mastery for overall health and stress reduction.
