If you want to build strength and improve your balance and coordination, this class is for you. Moves are beginner friendly and can be adjusted to meet your needs. No fancy equipment is needed, so these fitness routines can be done from home as well. Join us for SilverSneakers STABILITY from 1-1:40 pm of Tuesdays at Surrey Media. Two dollars per person. This class will work you through different exercises you can do to keep your stabilization and balance.
