At the Surrey Fitness Center in Devon, machines are designed specifically for older adults with low impact, air resistance machines that are easier on joints. Included in a fitness center membership are five free sessions with a professional trainer to create a personalized fitness plan and learn safe, effective use of the weight machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes and elliptical machines.
