Fun and Games

Activities, Crafts & Interest Groups for Older Adults

Why should kids have all the fun?

Surrey offers activities, crafts, games, and interest groups for older adults designed for creativity, connection, lifelong learning, and community engagement. From hands-on craft workshops and card games to discussion groups and hobby-based gatherings, our programs help older adults stay socially active while exploring new interests and friendships.

Participants discover a creative outlet while enjoying the social aspects of a class. Several crafts are offered each month and members can participate at any Surrey location. There are many choices – fiber arts, languages, veterans, and discussion groups to name a few. Try something new, or if you don’t see something you like, talk with center staff to start your own interest group.

Regularly scheduled games include BINGO, pinochle, bridge, crossword puzzling, and trivia.

The schedule for all programs is available online here and in the monthly Surrey Newsletter.
