Surrey offers an array of exercise programs for older adults to help improve balance, increase strength, boost flexibility, and support healthy aging. Our fitness programs are designed for all fitness and mobility levels, with options for seated, standing, and more active participation so everyone can move at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.

If you’re just starting to exercise or if you prefer seated exercise, try SilverSneakers in person or virtually on Zoom. Surrey also offers balance classes, flexibility training, and strength-focused exercise programs for active older adults.
