We also would like to acknowledge the significant financial support Surrey received from Delaware County through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).” Whitcomb adds.

“Council is grateful for community partners such as Surrey Services for Seniors who work to provide an enhanced quality of life for seniors across the county,” said Delaware County Council Chair Dr. Monica Taylor. “Surrey’s new location will provide programs and services for seniors and is a wonderful resource for our senior community and their families.”
