Classes for Any Ability
Surrey offers an array of programs to help improve balance, increase strength, and boost flexibility.
If you’re just starting to exercise or if you prefer seated exercise, try Gentle Stretch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am on zoom.
For a more vigorous class, try Better Back Yoga on Thursdays at 11 am on zoom.
