SilverSneakers®Stretch and Balance (Broomall)

SilverSneakers® Stretch and Balance, is happening in Broomall from 10 – 10:45. This program incorporates gentle stretching and movements to help with balancing.

This class is for anyone, beginner to advanced, who wants to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. Depending on the class, weights, stretch bands, and/or fitness balls may be used. These are provided by Surrey before class
