NEW Surrey Center for Active Aging in Bryn Mawr
This class is for anyone, beginner to advanced, who wants to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and endurance. Depending on the class, weights, stretch bands, and/or fitness balls may be used. These are provided by Surrey before class. Wednesdays from 10-10:40
Strength and Stretch is a Surrey Services for Seniors crowd favorite. Taught by instructors with over 30 years of exercise training especially for older adults, you are in for a treat. Exercise classes at Surrey leave older adults feeling more balanced, strong, and capable of coming back for more.
